I thought the 'female' aliens in Mass Effect were too generic- where are the sexy bug women? C'mon, it's a video game, you don't have to worry about make-up budgets like Star Trek! Otherwise, a very good game :)
Not sure if you're interested in crits or not, but here's something I noticed.
I really like your rough stuff, It's got a lot of energy and personality, and it's very nice and gestural. Kudos. The thing I'm noticing is that a lot of the more polished and cleaned up stuff you're posting is stiffer. It seems like you're cleaning up the more "model sheet" parallel style poses for your pin-up style pieces, rather than the more asymmetrical stuff in your roughs.
Maybe it's just that what you happen to be posting is supposed to just be model sheets, but it'd be great to see soem of your crocodile drawings, or this bug lady cleaned up in an action/emotive pose.
In any case, I like the stuff a lot, just thought I'd point that out as an encouragement for what to post next if nothing else. :)
Thanks for the crit Randy, I'm always open to feedback and I think you have a good point. Hope that I have some more time soon for coloring up sketches and trying some more interesting and risky composition.
